Pregnancy & Birth Support Package

Initial Consultation

An opportunity for us to meet, ask questions, and make sure we are the ‘right fit’. This initial face to face meeting is free of charge.

Pre-Natal

Three visits – These visits allow us to get to know each other better, discuss what your support needs are and any other issues or concerns; create a Birth Plan; and develop a relationship of comfort and trust.

(Pre and post natal visits usually run for approximately 1.5 – 2 hours, and generally take place in your own home for your convenience.)

Birth

On-call birth support (from 38 weeks), and attendance throughout your labour and birth. I stay with you until your baby is born and you are feeling settled afterwards.

Post-Natal

Two visits – To debrief the birth experience and talk through any questions or concerns you may have; and finishing off with a nurturing closing ritual. On the second visit, I offer a brief introduction to massaging your baby with some tips for settling and reading your baby’s cues.

Resources

Ongoing phone and email support as needed throughout your pregnancy, and during the postnatal period.
Access to books, DVDs and reading material from my personal collection.

Pregnancy & Birth Support + Baby Massage Package

Incorporates all the elements of the Birth Support Package and includes three x 1 hour sessions of baby massage.

These massage sessions with you and your baby are arranged when you are feeling ready, some time within the first 3-6 months, and are done in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you and your baby.
